This week we'll be breaking down flow drills and exploring applications for each technique from the drill.
Flow drills are a great way to build chi sao habits and make random attacks much easier to handle.

Grading Day Saturday, February 7, 2026:
Our next grading will take place on Saturday, February 7th at 12 noon!
We will be working on grading material in class starting this Saturday.
If you would like to grade, please let me know.
Please arrive early on grading day so that you may prepare for your test. FULL uniform is required for grading.
